Abstract

The aim of the study was to demonstrate that the Movable Guarantees Act came up with a set of substantive and procedural principles and rules that would facilitate transactions and achieve legal security and establish the principles of transparency in the management of movable guarantees, thereby strengthening the possibilities of contractors and enabling them to provide tangible and intangible movable assets as a guarantee to enhance access to finance. project ", refines and embodies the university and offers to test by follow-up and consulting during the project construction phase, During this long path, we cannot burn down the stages and demand that young people, who have not yet acquired the mentality of entrepreneurship and the spirit of entrepreneurship, need to venture and set up the project Facilitation of the process of conclusion of the contract establishing the guarantees transferred through the parties' choice between official and customary editions and the accounting of the number of mandatory data and to renounce the obligation to enter into this contract with the competent interests, eliminating any relationship between the validity of a transferred security and its limitation in the electronic national registry of transferred security and thus the validity of this guarantee is linked to the signature of the contract creating it, which can be registered in the said registry after the signature process.
