This is an open-access journal, i.e. all articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy & distribute. The journal is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0:

You are free to:

Under the following terms:

The journal is a voluntary organization that sustains itself without receiving funding from any public or private institution. In this regard, the administrative activities such as editing, reviewing, and publishing are managed on a voluntary basis by the team overseeing the journal, while the financial aspects of the website, such as web hosting, are taken care of by the publisher.
